If perfect means that at least we were finally able to get professional pictures done that included Maggie in them, then today was perfect. We went to Picture People in the mall, and they were able to squeeze us in. The results were hit and miss, but Katie had a good time, and was ever so polite when the photographer asked her to do something she didn't want to do... She just said "No thank you...", with a big smile on her face.
Other events as of late is that Katie seems to like calling Deanna "Momma" instead of Mom or Mommy these days. We're not exactly sure where this came from, but it's cute nonetheless. Maggie is the ever precocious one-year-old that only wants to walk with help or scoot around on her bottom. Today was the first day we found her sitting up in her crib (in the morning) and then when she refused to nap in the afternoon we found her STANDING in her crib. A couple of firsts... She's also very close to walking, and we've seen her take some steps by herself, although nobody has called it official yet. Her personality is really starting to shine these days, and she's a lot of fun to play with.
